Delivery Methods
Our shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal charges, adjusted based on the price or weight of your order. Each package is prepared with care.
We deliver to France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg. Additional charges may apply for international deliveries.
Orders are processed every Monday and shipped on Tuesday, allowing you to combine purchases over a week to reduce shipping costs.
Delivery Options
- Chronopost Pickup: Collect your order from one of the many available pickup points.
- Chronopost Home: Receive your order directly at your home with fast and reliable delivery.
- Mondial Relay: Delivery to a relay point within 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery Issues
In case of an issue (missing product, damaged package), please note it on the delivery slip as handwritten and signed remarks.
You may refuse the merchandise upon receipt if it does not meet your expectations, provided it is returned complete and in its original packaging.
Return costs are your responsibility if the order was incorrect or for an exchange.
Delivery Delays
If delivery exceeds the expected date by more than seven days and is not due to a force majeure event, you may cancel your order by registered letter within 60 business days after the expected date and, if applicable, return the received products for a full refund without penalties.
Product Returns
To return a product:
- Access your order history from your account.
- Select the order and the product(s) to return.
- Add an explanation for the reason for the return.
